Ohhh, looks like another action packed story with thrills and spills is upon us! Yippie!!

and what’s with the two-panel trend going on, as of late?…

I’m sure one of those panels could have been different. Two panels of inert talk that might have been done in one so that the other could make for some forward motion. Pay me no mind I’m just venging. :-o  LOL !

There’s “Plentia” mystery for me on these names they are throwing out. On the USPS package is the name “Blossom” and “Sadie.” I know there was a Blossom Plenty in the strip and “Cigarette Sadie” was a “topper” strip that ran with Dick Tracy in some papers, but I don’t think they were in the same “universe,” so to speak. Whoever Plentia is, apparently she(?) knows Honeymoon well.

Serious question(unusual for me)

Who decides whether or not a guest character wears glasses, the writer or illustrator???

Boy, Sam has a way of popping up out of nowhere, doesn’t he?

Who is Plentia?

Honeymoon eh. So you is just marries eh. But you not even invite pal Tracy for wedding eh. Some pal you is.

I recognize those as character names, but it reads more like a passphrase. “Oh, and the ‘wallet’ is in the ‘bread.’”

Who is “Plentia??” Last name might be “FISH” or “NUTTIN??”

Sam Catchem appears . Always appreciated .

I thought I missed something, but nobody else knows who “Plentia” is, so I feel better.

So I didn’t get a chance to read yesterday’s strip until today, so it looks like that Sunday auction was just a filler :)

Plentia may be a new kid character we’ll meet(sounds like Plenty).

When do t he Junior Crimnestoppers re-form?

Lead thrilling line to the arc…”Plentia says hello to Honeymoon.” Makes you chomp at the but…………….NOT!!

Seems like some of this strip’s most devoted readers are here mainly to post multiple gripes about it. I don’t get it. If you think the strip is stupid, don’t read it. Life is too short to waste time on stuff you don’t like.

I looked up Sadie Blossoms and came up a floral shop in Cincinatti. Siegel and Shuster were from Cincinatti, so that might explain it.

Starting with the postal delivery worker: who are the Blossoms? More specifically, who is Sadie Blossom?

And, turning to Shuster and Siegel (the one with the glasses, as long as we follow the “creators of Superman comics” theme), would the mysterious Plentia possibly be Siegel’s daughter or niece who somehow was acquainted with Honeymoon, possibly through Social Media?

And Sam Catchem shows up! Maybe he senses an opportunity to share a pastrami sandwich lunch with Tracy’s out-of-town and possibly out-of-state visitors.

As long as this fresh arc doesn’t descend into total fanboyism, it looks to be interesting….

The troopers’ drive was from (Cleveland) Ohio, I assume? :)
