I can relate to this.

When people say to enjoy them while they’re young, they don’t mean your kids or grandkids. They’re referring to your back, hips, knees and ankles!

Actually, better not to call a chiropractor, but rather take some simple pain relief medicine (like scotch or bourbon), and just sit down and relax for a while. (I’ll send my account).

I thought that he was looking for his glasses.

I have learned that when I get down on the floor or ground, I should not do it without a strategy for getting back up.

When my oldest grandson (turning 30 this year ) was little, I was on my hands and knees pretending to be a dragon (don’t ask!) when I pulled a muscle in my back. As I was groaning in agony, I heard my grandson say to his mother, “Well, I guess this game is down the tubes!”

Chiropractor’s make house calls? In what universe?

My chiropractor is called Elinor. She’s amazing. I lurch into her surgery walking like I have wet my pants. A few oof!s and the occasional aaaarghs! I sashay out again. She cures my migraines too. Lovely lady

Maybe a physical therapist would be more helpful?

Ouch. I hope the chiropractor does house calls.

I was waiting for Opal to hand him a scrub brush and say “Here. Now that you’re on the floor, clean up it up!”

Chiropractors are the stepchildren of the medical profession.

How old is Nelson supposed to be? I think he’s pretty big and heavy for horseback rides on Grandpa.

Why is Opal now sucking the joy out of life? She’s not usually drawn this way ;-)

I would still do it in a heartbeat. My grandkids would hang on my back while I would dive into the lake. Dolphin rides, and they loved it.

The chiropractor? She hates him worse than we thought! Dangerous quackery.

I’m glad my grandkids are too old for this. I can’t get off the ground without help, let alone give piggyback rides.

Saddle sore, huh? Too much horseing around.

The time will come when even epidurals won’t help. I lost two doctors due to their back surgery, pardon the irony.

He must have forgotten that he bucked him off.

Earl if you don’t know that Nelson isn’t on your back anymore ……….. You’ve really got a big problem …… ;)
