Revolts against the station’s computers may prove problematic.

Does that include the life support equipment on the station?

I keep thinking, ON A SPACE STATION? Yeah, no, that’s not going to work.

You would think that Star Fleet Academy would have covered that essential point of strategy: do not email your intentions to the enemy.

Mentats were real. My professors told me that when they were grad students in the late 1950s working on space research, the calculations they needed were performed by a pool of “computers”: a room full of young female math majors equipped with slide rules, look-up tables, and big mechanical calculators. Of course the young male grad students thought it was a great arrangement, and many of them ended up marrying their computers. Seeing pictures of the old “computer room” made me jealous…those were the hottest computers I’ve ever seen…

Good idea, that way AI will know precisely when the attack will occur.
