Hmm…there might be a better solution.

I bought a very neglected property at a very, very cheap price because the tenant was a cat-lady that did not take care of her cats. The house was a cat litter box. Took a while to clean up. Rented it out for a few years then got tired of trying to get people to pay rent on-time. Sold it at a profit but taxes really hurt…..state and fed taxes.

Watch where you step.

That floor definitely is lava! Gross!

I got rid of the carpet and have tile or composite floors, throughout the house. I have a rug by the sink and a runner in the entryway. Cat made a beeline to hit the runner, yesterday…
