I sleep 12-16 hours per 24-hour period, but never more than 3-4 hours at a time.

My friends invite me camping, due to my large size, I was not running 35 mph so I was the grizzly food.

Well, if they eat Spam just once a year, I suppose their health is okay. Although it is good on crackers, lol!
