Too many people have learned from the ants—always in a hurry to get nowhere!

It’s their short legs. They may run everywhere but they sure cover the ground! I’ve often wondered if you made an ant to human scale, how fast they would be moving.

Be funny if he had a stash of water balloons, and ambushed Hobbes as soon as they rounded the corner. Hobbes would never suspect a thing. Of course Cal would be emergency room bound.

I have read that ants never sleep. No wonder they get so much done.

I used to be friends with an idiot who drove like that. Almost sandwiched my husband and another guy between a semi and an oak tree- tried to pass it on rural road, driver of truck didn’t see them, but idiot couldn’t wait five seconds didn’t want to be behind it driving home from a bike ride.

That reminds me of a time when my daughter was young and my grandma asked me if she ever walked. I thought for a moment, then said “no.” She ran, skipped or danced but never walked.

Hobbes is getting the idea that all living things are running to get somewhere. Calvin being the leader, of course.
