Beauty is in the eye of the beholder, and he couldn’t behold those pictures any longer.

My MIL was actually a good looking woman even until her 80’s.

Her personality was something else. She abused her daughters. However, since I got along very well with my father-in-law, she respected me and would allow me to reign her in when she got too demanding.
