I wish that DreamWorks had continued to produce hand-drawn Biblical movies in the vein of The Prince Of Egypt. They could have done a movie about the prophets Elijah and Elisha. I miss traditional 2-D animation (sniff).

How fat must she have been if she needed 3 men to lift her? One man or even two men couldn’t pick her up?

According to IMDB, there have been three movies, one short, and one mini series, all titled Jezebel, but none of them are about the biblical queen. I think Sally’s right. It would make a good TV series (or movie). I’m surprised it hasn’t been done.

I have to wonder what inspired Charles Schulz to write today’s strip. It seems kind of grim for a comic that most of the children in America were reading at the time.

Why is he sitting there with the Bible open if he’s just going to give her the Cliff Notes version?

Then again, maybe that’s not the Bible. It looks rather thin.
