That’s the part of work that I don’t miss at all, as a retiree…

Only good meetings is the ones with snacks.

Many meetings are like that.

Sadly, that makes more sense than the garbled words of our president.

Sounds familiar…

I do my best to avoid meetings in any form

The worst part of being an office worker was enduring meetings. At least being a manual worker you have other things to do to keep you awake.

Was it a meeting of horses? Like a race, maybe?

A productive meeting, eh Horace?

Until the clock hits five! Then everything is as clear as a bell on the way out the door.

Horace is feeling blah today

You forgot to put ‘ex-’ in front of ‘president.’ Either that or you have a truly screwed up auto-correct…

Oh wait – that comment was from Dougie. Never mind…

so Horace was on a tour of the capital….?

…or in the words of the many “Charlie Brown” specials on TV: “WOMP WOMP WOMP WOMP!”

And it was a meeting on how to conduct future meetings….

Horace has become “blah”se about his meetings.

In the words of Alex Lifeson: “Blah blah blah”.

If it were mandatory to pay time and a half for meetings, there would never be any more of them.
