Don’t sweat it, chances are you will have 3 or 4 careers during your lifetime. The only thing that matters is at the end can you say, “This was my life with which I am well pleased.”

Biologists want to be chemists. Chemists want to be physicists. Physicists want to be mathematicians. Mathematicians want to be philosophers.

Philosophers want to be employed.

(Alternate ending: Philosophers want to know if you want fries with that.)

Dull but sensible. Kinda like a Volvo.

I used to write “dead” on questions like that. But it was the 70s, so nobody cared.

I can see Alix growing up to be Lara Croft.
