I feel Horace’s pain. A few weeks ago I had to ride my motorcycle five hundred miles in the rain while suffering from bronchitis. It should have been a fun trip, but wasn’t.

We spent the long July 4th weekend in the arms of Capt. Covid. The wife is still getting over it.

It does sometimes work out that way.

Get some traffic cones, some yellow caution tape, & string it around your umbrella & beach chair. Make yourself a personal quarantine zone & sweat it out.

I used to catch a cold about a third of the trips I went on. Now I wear a mask when I fly. It’s worked out for me. People have to travel when they are sick, and you don’t want their germs and viruses.

Happened to me on my trip to Old Faithful. I was going to sit out by the geyser all afternoon, but I got sick instead. I sat in my ground-level resort room and saw a bison walk by. I was better by the evening and saw Old Faithful for the first time by sunset light.
