You can get the first day of work this week out of the way.

Always laugh; are we using the European calendar (starts on a Monday ends on Sunday) or the U.S. calendar (Starts on a Sunday ends on Saturday)?

Mondays can be dangerous. When asked why she had shot a bunch of kids and staff at Grover Cleveland Elementary School in San Diego in 1979, Brenda Spencer replied “I don’t like Mondays”.

When I worked at Walgreens (now retired) I worked Sundays & was off Mondays. People thought that was so great- except Tuesday as my Monday.

This is the first day of the rest of your life

Mondays are when everyone goes back to work and us retirees can come back out to play without being disturbed. And once school starts in the fall the Mondays will get even better!

Monday, just another day like any other with its quirks and perks depending on where you live and work.

Except for back when I was in school, for me, Mondays have been just another day. Never had a job where I got weekends off, and now that I’m unable to work due to health issues, sometimes I even lose track of what day it is.

Nothing ruins a weekend like the 5 days after it.

The start of new work week is always good.

Monday has a bad rep!

Monday, Monday, how could you leave.

It’s just another day, just happens to be the first of the normal 5-day work week.

I don’t tend bug out about Monday. But this today was quite a Monday.
