So very sorry for your loss. My parents both died a year ago and I’ve learned that no matter how much you expect it, it still hits hard. Be kind to yourself.

So sorry Dan. We’re dealing with this with my mother-in-law right now. And the beginnings of it with my father.

Very sorry for your loss. I lost mine when she was just 65. Heart attack. I enjoy every moment she was alive.

I’m so sorry to hear this. My mother also passed last month at 92. She had light dementia, was nearly blind but actually passed from an aneurysm. Please accept my sympathy and I hope your sorrow is lessened by the your good memories of her.

My condolences. The first year is bad, because you remember everything from the previous year. The second year is harder, there are no memories of events you shared with the person.

You often make me laugh, but seldom bring tears to my eyes as you have today. My condolences to you and your loved ones through this difficult time.
