Curiously Coyotes can run a little better than twice as fast as a roadrunner, so he is eating the roadrunner off screen every time. the roadrunner population is huge.
I had a View-Master set of Coyote and Road Runner scenes. Back then someone had to make physical models to be able to get the 3D effect for View-Master, though later I saw adaptions of flat drawings placed at different layers.

Finally, after 3 whole comic strips(or four idk), Calvin finally did something to his box.

I foresee Calvin’s parents receiving a note from his teacher in the near future…

Calvin claims he’s a genius, just like Wile E. Coyote. Very fitting!

Calvin didn’t build anything. He just ordered one overnight from the Acme catalog.

He’s creative AF and deserves a good vote.

LOL… ‘Clouds of Dust’. The kid DOES have a great imagination. Let’s hope his teacher does, as well.

Desperation makes for inspiration. Probably never seen a road runner, most haven’t, they smoke the roads.

Hail the genius! Why do I have a feeling that the abstract desert depiction is incomplete without both the predator and the prey.

Reminiscent of the Golden Oldie about the kid who shows the art teacher a supposedly finished picture — a blank piece of paper.
Teacher: What is it a picture of?
Kid: A cow eating grass.
T: Where’s the grass?
K: The cow ate it all.
T: So where’s the cow?
K: You don’t think she’d be dumb enough to hang around if all the grass is gone, do you?
