    I don’t get why the turkey leg is supposed to be so popular. It’s a big bone, lots of cartilage, and too many tendons. Maybe it’s the modern GMO’d bird that needs steel reinforced legs to hold itself up. Gimme a thigh (White meat’s too dry)
