The friend always acts polite at a different house to his own.

Me as a mother…

I find myself saying “please” and “thank you” even to Alexa … I can’t help it. I also say “excuse me” if I burp, even when I’m alone in the house, and “God bless you” when the dog sneezes.

I remember visiting family in PA and my aunt being amazed when I’d answer, “yes, ma’am?” When she’d call my name. In southwestern VA, that’s common and expected.

Now a days your happy if every other word isnt an f bomb

All her theatrics are just a reflection of her own failure to instill better habits in Kevin, and probably his useless brother too.

Really, Kevin? Are you even capable of speaking such words like “please” or “thank you”? Why can’t you be more like Miles?

Janine must feel so unappreciated if she’s shocked at hearing those words.

She must’ve done this before for Kevin to act that way

One thing worse than “dad jokes” is “mom sarcasm”…

Learn from this, Kevin!

Kids rarely learn just how powerful good manners are, you can get people to do all sorts of things for you just by being pleasant and polite.

Kevin sure sure needs to learn a whole lot more from Miles. It wouldn’t hurt for him to have some manners for mom.
