Thin air!

Staring at a blank piece of paper.

I drew in a funny comic in the blank space. I wish I could share it with you all. I also wish I could get it off of my monitor.

Today’s comic features poetry – blank verse!

That idea happens when you’re about to miss a deadline. There’s also the classic “polar bear in a blizzard” gag.

Beyond the pale

It went so fast……..did not see it!!!

So far he’s got nothing……….

where did you get a copy of my brain scan?

Did I hear a flushing toilet in the background?

There’s nothing to it.

i know, you keep bumping into me

And I was foolish enough to buy a signed print of that!

White, is all colors.

Are ya’ll saying that the other three panels didn’t load for you?

Sometimes the drawing board stares back.

I don’t know which is more inspiring, a blank canvas, or a deadline.

Huh. And all this time, I thought you got your ideas from pulling them out of… Well, let’s just say it would be represented by a panel of black. ;)

(Kidding, of course!)

Reminiscent of the Golden Oldie about the kid who shows the art teacher a supposedly finished picture — a blank piece of paper.

Teacher: What is it a picture of?

Kid: A cow eating grass.

T: Where’s the grass?

K: The cow ate it all.

T: So where’s the cow?

K: You don’t think she’d be dumb enough to hang around if all the grass is gone, do you?
