The kids do dance around the truth on occasion.

She’d make a great choreographer.. she’s always telling other people what to do…

Anybody who knows how to do jazz hands.

She can say the word but doesn’t know what it means.

Time for Wanda to tell Zoe all about Busby Berkley and The June Taylor Dancers.

As time went by, I started to see some corporate job titles where I couldn’t figure out what the job actually was. In some cases it seemed to be deliberately nebulous.

It means you take dictation and prepare the coffee, of course

“The good news, Zoe, is that you get to be bossy. The bad news is that there’s no tattling involved.”

“Well child, you um.. get to .. um.. choreo the graphers and stuff. Yes that’s it.. choreo them ole graphs. Better practice outside.”

This will be easy if the holiday programs is called ‘Tattle Tales’.

Really? You took a job without knowing what it is?!

You’ll love it, Zoe. You get to tell everyone else what to do.

Not a problem Zoe, just show them the steps you do when you have to go potty reeeaaalll bad.

Most “holiday” programs I’ve ever seen elementary schools do consist of each class going on stage, singing a few songs and getting off the stage again. No “choreographer” is needed. It could be the teacher was giving Zoe a job just to keep her occupied so she won’t try to take over the whole show.

If there is any choreography needed, I hope Zoe won’t go the route of the “Choreography” number in “Holiday Inn.” “They’re doin’ choreography…”

Zoe, if you look choreographer up in the dictionary it will say, “See Stage B!tch.”

At least she asked before the event…
