I like Elly’s new hairstyle even if it does age her a bit.

The slamming doors and stomping around could have been addressed when the behaviors occurred. If I had done those things when I was Elizabeth’s age I would have been told to stop it or there would be consequences.

I get that everybody has a bad day from time to time. But we don’t allow the kids to spend an entire week stomping around the house and slamming things. We lay down the law.

You move out ? You can’t run from your problems, but you can darn sure send your problems packing !!

When did Michael get the man bun? I thought he cut his hair when he shaved the beard.

Ellie is on a ‘Horrible Mom’ spree.

Teenage girls are just as ‘curiouser’ as ever ! ! !!

Truth is, it’ll be that way for the rest of her life.

Teenagers can be the worst. The least you could do, Liz, is say “sorry, Mom”.

Daughters…I have one. I was sure she would always be an angel. Unfortunately, no. Teen boys and teen girls, they test your love, but the girls are the hardest. You can’t roar at your little girl. Still, we got through it.

Curiously, she thinks that, unlike her brothers, she was no trouble.

Just being a normal teen — obnoxious.

That was Elizabeth’s PMS week. With three daughters and a wife, I learned when to tread lightly with each one.

NO ONE outgrows PB&J … unless they are allergic to peanuts, and if that is the case, don’t come near my house. Consider yourself warned. lol

I wouldn’t move out, let Liz go spend a weekend with one of her friends so Elly can have a break!

She should start packing her bags just in case

I remember Lynn being asked if this situation was about her daughter, and she said “No, it’s about me. When I was a teenager, I’m the one who went around stomping and slamming doors. Naturally it drove my mom crazy!”

A whole week? We’ve been dealing with the fallout of this nonsense all month. The group project was assigned on January 6.

I remember my Dad saying that to me when I was a teenager – and exactly in those words! ( Although, if I recall correctly, it wasn’t about my angst and attitude around the house. It concerned some incidents that caused parental distress while I projected a blasé attitude (after the fact!).

I’m 73 and i still haven’t outgrown PB&J. Love it.

Really Elly, you just figured out teenagers are exhausting ? ;-)

78 yrs young have it around once a week and it’s a beach staple for the great grands

My husband’s favorite sandwich is peanut butter, Miracle Whip, dill pickles and cheddar cheese. All on white bread.

What’s to outgrow? I’m 78 and still enjoy one!
