Another week closes, so here’s how the appearance tracking went:

Nate as usual appeared in every strip this week, so we add another 7, bringing his total up from 11,445 to 11,452.

Teddy also appeared in every strip this week (which happens less than you think) so he goes up from 3,007 to 3,014.

There were a bunch of characters with only one or two appearances, so let’s add them real quick: Francis had 1 (4,258 to 4,259), Mr. Galvin had 3 (160 to 163), Principal Nichols had 2 (266 to 268), Marty had 1 (1,567 to 1,568) and Mrs. Godfrey had 1 (916 to 917).

Overall this year:

Nate: 12

Teddy: 10

Francis: 5

Miranda: 4

Mr. Galvin: 3

Nichols: 2

Marty: 2

Godfrey: 1

This arc and Sunday were decent but not as good as last week. Let’s see what we get next, maybe a Chad or grandparents arc? Been a while

If Nate has a science fair project, he can use the balsamic vinegar and baking soda to make a volcano. That would be as epic as the sledding and Nate’s snowball fighting technique!

I think it would be interesting if Nate finds out that Daphne is cheating on him

Did you know that the reaction between vinegar and baking soda does actually release heat? If he just poured the vinegar into the baking soda, he could technically “warm up.”
