Yep. The Daddy-Daughter dance can be murder on the makeup. So can Son-Mother! Both of them caused legions of onion ninjas when our daughter got married.

For dads of daughters – if you are to dance at her wedding, learn how! Don’t just stand there and sway to the music. The lessons you take together will be a bonding experience, and the wedding will be that much better.

That is just TOO sweet! And Marcy is right—it’s worth posting, too! My own brother couldn’t even vaguely dance his way out of a paper bag, but it’s a nice thought.

I recently danced at my daughter’s wedding. She had the DJ play Stand By Me which was our song while she grew up. It was a total surprise I lost it
