Oh, so he is 36!

The difference between men and boys is the price of their toys.

When I was teaching 8th graders the kids would always ask questions like, “How tall are you?” or “How old are you?”

It would always blow their young little minds when I told them, “Well, I am 72 inches tall and I am 756 months old.”

Boys must have their toys!

Not just today its a rerun, since Monday. The two writers must be taking a week break.

I can’t speak for all men, of course, but it is certainly true with me, to a very large degree.

The children in this family don’t age at the same rate.

C’mon folks, no , comic ages and comics history don’t jive. It is called artistic license

There’s an old addage – “Growing older is mandatory, growing up is optional”. Everyone needs to let their inner-child out occasionally.

Stay away from the candy department

Once we heard my little brother (5 at the time) playing with a toy airplane, voice in an “official” drone manner as if on a radio: “Taking off for landing, taking off for landing…..”

I have done the mathematics, and the result is in: 36 years!

I wonder if Darryl will stay 36 years old forever (I did the math).

Wow. She missed her calling as an algebra teacher.

And yet this is the 4th year in a row that Wanda has been 348 months old. Typical.

I miss those balsa wood airplanes with the rubber band propellers, so simple yet hours of joy when I was a kid.

When they are over 12 months old you can start rounding out to years

before looking at the third panel, I couldn’t help but think she wasn’t asking about Hammie! Lol!!

All men are little boys at heart, especially in the toy section.

Simple toys are hard to beat. Give me a wand and some bubble blow anytime.
