Cliff striking out big time when trying to woo Pam, what could be more traditional?

Cliff got the name backward. Google shows pictures of six Carol Valentines, including a former cricket bowler.

Unfortunately, my singing drives away women and frightens small children.

Same here. It makes George Burns sound like Frank Sinatra and I know that ages me.

I’ve been asked to sing “Somewhere Over the Rainbow,” “So Far Away.” Can I help it if I hang out with idiots who have no ear for musical talent?

“Last Valentines, I gave you my heart But the very next day, you gave it away This year, to save me from tears I’ll give it to someone special”.

I know this has nothing to do with the theme of today’s comic, but I couldn’t help but notice the entrance to Pam’s quarters is so narrow she barely fits through it…how did she ever furnish the place?

Right……

You’d think that people would have had enough of silly love songs.

I read the comics and I see it isn’t so

Out of curiosity, Is Pam divorced, did the children’s father die, or was he last seen near an airlock?

Some Christmas Carols do not adapt well to other holidays.

Looking outside at the snow, in February, does NOT make me want to sing, “I’m dreaming of a white president’s day!”

Get the hose, Pam. Or the fire extinguisher.

Then there was the comic where the guy suggested, instead of taking down the holiday lights, just unscrewing all but the red ones.

Love how Pam is in a coffin-shaped doorway.

After which, Pam adds a bit of “Boxing Day”… ✊

Cliff is nothing if not persistent. He gets up and tries again regardless of how many times Pam knocks him down.

Oh thanks. Now THAT song will be stuck in my head all week…

One of the local radio stations does “anti-valentine” songs every year.

Wow, I expected him to go in a different direction, like mixing Valentines Day with St Paddy’s Day. Gotta give him for caring enough to try.

Valentine’s Carols? Like some kind of “love-song?” That’s an interesting idea. I wonder if anyone has ever thought of that.

I’m sure Pam will give Cliff a “love tap” (aka the fist) right in the kisser
