Yeah, I’ve always wondered the same thing!!!

Whomever must have used a Bic lighter.

Whoever it was wasn’t a person, then. Obviously.

Egyptians had natural gas piped in to their pyramids?

The Egyptians used torches that can’t be blown out. Some little-known archeologist later used the same method to make trick birthday candles.

It must have been gh-gh-gh-gh-GHOSTS!!! (says Shaggy and the gang).

I don’t think I’ve ever seen a movie where the torches were already there and lit.

What confuses me usually is how can a single torch light up the inside of a whole pyramid just like bright daylight.

The ancient Egyptians were very advanced (due to Alien Technology) and probably had motion sensors in their wall torches. (—

Not exactly. The hired help used the side entrance and the back stairs, and they kept the torches lit.
