Panel 1. …. " and what the patrols report said" -This is ridiculous. Real cops would not rely on an audio version / hearsay version of the crime scene report, even from the police chief. Real cops would (I hope) obtain the patrols actual report and make a copy of it.

Oh, whoopie do, after recovering from his bruises MCU is going to monitor the morgue. Must be a demand for body parts. But how can the culprits expect to be paid? They dropped the last one when security shined the light on them.

It wasn’t the homicide detective that got Tracy involved this time…although we don’t know yet it’s a homicide, so that wouldn’t work.
