If anyone is interested I wrote and recorded 2 songs for my grandchildren. Here are the links. I hope you enjoy. I’m playing all the instruments and doing the vocals. Feel free to say you hate them, I can take the abuse! LOL!

Where’s A.T.? I’m really getting concerned about him. I don’t want to get in his business or anything; I just haven’t seen him on here in a few days. Can anyone here reach out to him or does anyone know if he’s alright?
Been so occupied with the story, Comments and RL that I hadn’t noticed. Don’t know if I spelled it right but can’t find his profile. I wanted to see if an email was listed.
I see Dick is taking information the old way, with pad and pen. Maybe he is also recording on the Wrist Wizard and doesn’t want her to know. He could be taking photos and whatever other tricks that thing is capable of without her knowing how really thorough a visit like this can be.
All right now! Tracy is about to get enlightened or educated about rare books. The question is will Ms. Libris give him a short answer or multiple-choice test on the material? Does she grade on a curve? On second thought, it might be an open book test.
She can be quite intimidating, cold, and domineering. But that could be a defensive posture too. I noticed back in other strips she was very ‘open’ with her body mannerisms. Then suddenly with questioing, she closes up.
The smug look on her face on 1/22/23, last panel
Interesting how Tracy holds his pen in p2. Very casual, or loose1/19/23, p2. Tracy is very respectful, but like some said. Possibly even submissive? That COULD be an act too. He’s trying to keep her off guard as well. “Good cop/Bad cop” aspect.
So, we have the balloon covering her face. The body language says something if you buy into that. I want to see the nervousness or evil in her eyes! Maybe tomorrow….
What does Tracy wish to know? Well, he could start with, “Did you steal the books and manuscripts to fill in gaps in your collection, Ms. Libris?!” And that would be followed up by, “Did you murder old lady Caxton and Manutius with one of your bladed weapons, Ms. Former Fencing Champion?!” Tough questioning (such as she is not used to, in her positions of power) just might break Ms. Haughty-and-Frosty into confessing. —That is, of course, if she is guilty of anything beyond pride and greed….

Good morning™, all!
She acts all surprised, but I still suspect her. At least with him telling her she’s an expert, she can’t object to that.

I’m going to give this story credit for something (Shocker. I Know)
I don’t think I’ve ever seen Tracy this intimidated before. His body language, mannerisms, and words all convey submission.
WELL DONE!!!

DT: Did you eat all of the ice cream?
Libris: No!
DT: So you admit to murdering those people and stealing their books?
Libris: ….

Is Ms. Libris an expert on the type of books that appear to be missing, or, is she an expert in stealing those type of books?

Even without seeing her face, that “statue” stance suggests she doesn’t like being questioned like an ordinary criminal.
Or to quote Hans Gruber, maybe she’s an exceptional criminal
