You know, there was a Donald Duck comic like this where he stopped a bomb that was going to blow up a new clock built around a statue of Uncle Scrooge, whose arms served as the clock’s hands! (“The Clock Plot,” WALT DISNEY’S COMICS & STORIES, September 1967). I think Madame Mim was in it too.

Dick & Junior scramble while chief Patton plays conductor. Looks like the gov is being escorted out by his security.

Tracy is a man on a mission….while Junior is a man looking for a place to hide.

Somebody trip him.

Tracy won’t be able to follow the perp unless he opens his eyes.

Gosh, Tracy runs great for a man who was battling spies with the FBI during World War II.

Oh geez. Not tells me this gonna be another one of em old “villain runs to the top by climbing steps only to falls off from a height and dies” theeng again.

I hope Dick’s raincoat is bomb proof ! I doubt you can remove bomb stains .

3- DT: If I close my eyes tighter and wish while I’m running away, maybe I’ll get outta here alive! OWWWW! Time for a new tactic.

Reminds of another story somewhere about a villain who falls from a clock tower to his death…

Here is the drawing by Locher that Charles likely reproduced in mirror image of his portrayal of Prof. Roloc Bard. There was some discussion that the drawing Charles did looked like a woman. It should be noted that at this point of the drawing, Bard had just been rescued by Tracy after having been chained and imprisoned by Yogee Yamma, a notorious con man, to invent a knockout gas for him. His hair had grown long during his captivity. Later in the following arc, “Dick’s Wartime Memories” Bard was shown with shorter hair after cleaning himself up from his captivity by the time he was captured by Pruneface and forced to make Xylon bombs.

Roomie came by and saw Dick being chased by three “wolves”. It DOES look like they are chasing him. LOL !
