I hate the self-important people who think you should drop everything and everyone else to take care of them, they need to wait their turn like everyone else did
Call Center is just another term for Stall Center. Worse yet is the very long and unnecessary description of the services. Worse on calls to doc offices. Terrible unrelated blurb, repeated ‘your call is, etc’ Rarely do I hear ‘leave a number for a callback.’ One of those said ‘I will call back within 24-48 hours.’ Another said ‘5 business days.’
That “excuse” is getting pretty lame. Back a few years (a decade?) we might have believed it, but now.. nah. And.. the one about more than usual calls.. sorry, BS
Not as annoying as the call I got the other day. The lady said they were calling about something and then asked if I could hold while she got a representative on the line. I said no.

what I hate is those spam robo calls that start out “Your call is very important…”
If it were “MY” call I would have been calling them, and if it were “important” they should have a real person calling.

I actually get calls that say: We are not here right now, but leave your name and number and we will get back to you.
