I am on blood thinners. I have to avoid foods high in vitamin K. I also have to avoid good fruits like cranberries.

I feel the same way about mushrooms. But I like broccoli.

I actually like broccoli, spinach, and peas, but I don’t like okra, asparagus, or brussels sprouts.

Could be worse. Could be broccolini. Now that is nasty.

That’s what we’ve trying to tell ppl for yeeears. My “doctor” (coincidentally has the same first and last name as mine ;)) advised me on a strict chicken and bacon diet hehehe.

If I didn’t eat my vegetables then my mom would give me a large spoonful of cod liver oil. Now that really made me sick.

Broccoli isn’t for cats, but it doesn’t make people sick. It could make you well. It’s a well-known cancer fighter along with all cruciferous veggies!
