Our cat prefers warm rat, but gladly eats the dry cat food we provide.

Cats. Vomit. A match made in… somewhere.

This should get Roscoe out of last week’s hot seat !

Been there. Cleaned that.

time to get out the carpet cleaner for the bed spread, Opal (as well as go back to buying the cat food Muffin is used to liking)

It may be delicious and expensive but it looks like something that was scooped out of the litter box.

My cat is the “Hairball Queen” !

And that, probably, is one of his more affectionate responses.

Long ago, my cat expressed her displeasure whenever I returned from weekend trips. I left her with adequate food and water, a clean litter box, and even called so she could hear my voice when v-m kicked in. Within minutes of my return (after an affectionate welcome) she pranced into the bedroom, sprang onto the bed and coughed up a gourmet mess!

Dogs throw up because they’re sick. I swear cats throw up out of spite.

AHHH , The ultimate Cat Snub !

I had two outside cats and one time I bought the good food for a treat. Not only wouldn’t the cats eat it, no other varmint would either including raccoons. They did like the occasional batch of chicken livers though and it was cheaper than cat food too. You can’t give them too often though according to the vet.

Two more reasons why I prefer to not own pets. I don’t mind others pets as long as they stay off my legs.

I don’t know where the “empoverished old people eating catfood” meme came from, it’s all crazy expensive.

I don’t know what muffin is cranky about, most cat-food is scrumptious. I saw it on TV, it must be true.

It’s not that bad. Kinda like deviled ham. Makes a nice sandwich for the kids’ lunches.

The next time a pitiful little cat shows up on my porch, I am going to get a teddy bear.

I’m putting my show deep in your ass. That’s my way of saying good bye.

EWWWWWWW.

If I really don’t like it, I will poop it in your slipper.

My cats never threw up on the bed itself. One would do it right where you put your bare foot down when getting out of bed in the morning. It was like he wanted to be sure I’d find it, and clean it up.

A muffin would be a treat for me……namely a double chocolate chip one

Well at least Muffin didn’t defecate it on the bed.

If you comb your cat daily, you rarely get a hairball issue, if ever. Muffin is a long haired, fluffy cat that surely needs much maintenance. But changing a pet’s food is always a “recipe” for disaster on their systems. I no longer have cats due to a new allergy to them, but for my dogs over the last 20 years I have home cooked, and have very healthy dogs. I share most of what I eat, just a little, almost every meal with my current dog, but I have a dog who isn’t sensitive to foods. Introducing a new food to a pet should be done in small quantities at a time to avoid a re-decorated house.

My cat did something on my bed yesterday to let me know the litter box needed cleaning.

To be fair, she was right.

Maybe you should have loved her a little less, Opal, and just gotten regular cat food…

Cat lovers must be a special form of masochist. Why else would they be willing to tolerate and forgive that sort of cat behavior?

First Opal you should see if Muffin will like it.
