This Supreme Court is a tragedy to those that feel and a comedy to those who think. Or maybe just gallows humour as the Constitution is led to the hangman.

I don’t think even they have the nerve to rule in diaper Donnies favor. They are just playing the delay and stall game. Thomas shouldn’t be allowed to participate. His wife was a big part of the insurrection. If that’s not a conflict of interest, nothing is.

The democrats have been trying to “lynch” Clarence Thomas ever since his confirmation hearings when Joe Biden (who didn’t want his kids to go to school in a “racial jungle”) was chairman of the House Judiciary Committee because they’re all racists. You know, the party of Jefferson Davis and the Confederacy, Jim Crow Laws, slavery, racial segregation, and the only party with a congressional member who held the position of Exalted Cyclops of the KKK (R Byrd). But the liberal media and Democrat party have done a great job of brushing that all of those facts under the rug.

That was then, the Republicans are the racists now.

Sparky1000 has the right idea; if you really want to reply to the right-wing troll and his nonsense (yes, a long, long time ago the racists and white supremacists were mostly Democrats, but they all moved to the Republican party decades ago), then do it in a separate comment. The problem with recusals, especially at the supreme court level, is that they depend on the integrity of the justice in question. No integrity, no recusal.

The supreme court is, without question, corrupt. But if every american just gets out and VOTES, you can… do absolutely nothing about it. You’re #$%&ed. Capitalism sucks.

With Citizens United, the Supreme Court made it legal to bribe Congress. And now we know why: Because they wanted it to be legal to bribe judges.

There is no exaggeration here. All the “bids” are gifts real-life Clarence Thomas accepted from people with matters before the Supreme Court. And his wife, Ginni Thomas, was one of the organizers of the January 6 insurrection Yet Thomas has not recused himself.

Clarence Thomas is by far the most corrupt Justice I think this Court has ever had. He’s a disgrace and should take up John Oliver’s offer and resign. Oh yeah right that would be another bribe
