Next time Jenkins should do the Hardy part and Rodney should do the Laurel part. It may not help with the escape, but they would at least “look their parts” better.

IF the guard didn’t alarm, he could have done it after the jump, and ouch, for finding the needle. Then I had commented with “Ohh, the luck of finally finding the needle at the wrong moment!”

They may be slightly better off than before. They’re now in separate cells but they aren’t tied up.

I wonder where they were planning to go once they got free?

I wonder how the king has such loyalty from the guards as they could take him out in a moment. And wouldn’t Rodney as commander of the army have authority over the guards?

Cant figure out who are what that is in the jail cell. The needle part—yes I know the cliché— doesn’t make much sense. Whose needle and when did he lose it.

Constant vigilance is sleep inducing work.

It appears in the first panel that the skull and bones are the remains of a previous prisoner.
