OT: Bad news.

I just realized this is the most time Bea’s got to spend with Goldie. Also Elvis accept your little girl is growing up. This also comes off like something that really happened with one of the new kitties, simply transplanted to bea.

Play on his vanity, Elvis. Tell him kitten food is designed to pack on the pounds for a growing baby. Lupin wouldn’t want to outgrow that lovely brown suit.

We have to defend Monroe’s food as well. Honor wants his kibble and Achilles wants his gooshyfood, especially since it has cheese on top to get him to eat it in the first place.

Kitten food tastes different, Elvis. It has to be checked. And Lupin asked, so it’s hardly theft.

My cat used to sample my two big dogs, dog food, all the time…while they were still eating it! But the dogs needed permission if they wanted to sample his cat food!

OT, big day for Orb Power

My older cat was always getting in to the kitten food. He put on some weight. Thankfully after the kitten was transitioned to adult food, he lost the weight he put on.

Oh, Elvis. At least Lupin’s being polite about it, unlike when he samples your food!

Elvis would definitely steal a loaf of bread to feed a hungry kitten.

Good for Beatrix trying to defuse things in panel 4. She knows how far Elvis would go to protect her. Meanwhile, Goldie is no longer involved and just watching the boys’ nonsense from the sideline. It is a fortunate position.

I let my cat lick the dog food spoon and my dog lick the cat food spoon, so they get a little sample of each other’s stuff

We have had to put bowls on the counter or even on top of the refrigerator to keep them from falling into the wrong paws. Especially when it’s fresh tuna, salmon or turkey.

Oh, so Trevor is a pooch!!!!! I saw a real life Trevor last night on Facebook as GD posted additional BK news. I had no idea. Wow, good looking pup.

Colette used to nudge kitten Raz aside but as Raz grew to outweigh her by a couple of pounds, Colette found her nudges ignored. I swear they get identical cat food in identical bowls. Cats!

I do have a photo Johnny Depp sneaking a dead mouse away from Kirby after he was “through with it”. Kirby was a hunter who ate only kibble.

Local dirtbag! Lupin’s not a dirtbag.

This happens all the time with us. Kitten Poppy preferred the over-11 Senior food. The one on kidney diet wants regular diet. And everyone wants cystitis diet while only one needs it.

So familiar to everyone who has multiple cats. Everyone plus the dog samples everyone else. Last night a scuffle broke out near the dog’s dual water and food stand and the water went all over the floor. After a long day of doctor appts for hubs with a hospital admission as a finale, I lost it and yelled at all of them individually and collectively. None were impressed.

II’m still laughing. Local dirtbag. Burt should interject here local dirtbag being held at bay by baby girl/mommy protector. Our little baby girl doesn’t need any protecting does she. Bea is like my cats, Hey dog brother can I taste your food? You have venison and salmon? I only have herring and duck.

Local Siamese doesn’t pay attention and has no right to yell. Bea certainly looked happy to share with Lupin in the first panel. Goldie looked to be trying a bite while dirt bag Siamese is being mean to Lupin. And Bea makes it clear in the last panel she shares the dog’s food. Doubt Trevor cares if Bea tries his food.

One of our cats loves our foster kittens and spends hours with them. The other one only wants their food. I have to keep tossing his big cat behind O-U-T of the kitten room.

OT: Good news. We may have become too boring for the Big Nate trolls. I just checked and there was a discussion of how boring Big Nate’s comments are so they should move to another comic, BCN and Calvin and Hobbes were suggested and this comment was made “No trust me Luann is about 1000 times better for reactions. I spammed it and got like 50 ppl pi sssd. Breaking cat news isn’t good anymore bc they’ve learned to ignore trolls”

Papa-Cat Elvis’s overprotective nature is glow(er)ing through! It’s adorable how he takes care of Bea, but she’s old enough and decisive enough to know she wants to share with Lupin. And he did ask nicely. Of course Bea’s still a kitten, but Elvis should let her make her own decisions if she’s not being bullied into them.

She’ll always be Elvis’ baby, though. <3
