she was asked to be tutor along with Quill based on her school play, or asked to be a janitor of the camp

This is the girl who figured all she had to do to get into Julliard was apply, right?

Trouble. How can Quill go from down under if Luann can’t and Tiffany’s going to get him?

She and Quill be both going to the one in Australia, Tiff on the other hand will be at the one in Pittsville.

Guess Who her roommate is.

She got accepted… but the cost is probably $1500. Knowing her luck its even a money making scam.

Something is amiss. I think it is not an outright rejection, but there seems to be some catch…. Luann must be at the camp, one way or another, for the romantic triangle’s sake.

well, the way I see it, had she not been accepted, she wouldn’t have gotten any notification, so some other little fly in the ointment is involved…

If she doesn’t get in, I have to question that camp’s standards. After all, Luann IS drama. (Enough to make me cringe)

I don’t know, Luann may have some latent here. She did quite well with Quill, in her role as Maria, in West SideStory. And sang with Quill, doing songs. Which is quitewell, for a 16 year old.Ahem. On the other hand, Tiffany did not do as well in hermovie role, remember? It did not do well. At all.Poor thing, I actually felt sorry for her. Maybe Tiff got in on her beauty?!f academic grades were part of qualification, I think shewould fail.

Maybe she’s being accepted as a teacher in vocal?

Lots to be on a list.Hopefully Greg will let us know tomorrow..I’m leaning towards she didn’t get accepted..By the way, how did Tiff find out Quill was coming to drama camp?

I hope it’s not a rejection, otherwise it will be a whole summer of Luann being jealous of Tiff and convinced Quill like Tiff better.

if Tiff was any smarter. she would have been photoshopping the paper to send a page of refusal to Luann.I would say though, Luann got a scholarship as well as being accepted.

Don’t forget, Luann has a good resume’ because of her lead roll in the high school musical. So maybe they want her as a cabin leader or some such thing.

Ohhh, maybe the cost $$$ of the drama school is too much. Now, she will have to beg her parents using her drama skills.

BTW, that pizza ad is super annoying— often I have to start the strip again from scratch. Don’t EVER buy Digiorno’s (at least until they let us exit their ad).

Guest presenter is Sheraton St. Louis. She gets to introduce all the foreign student campers. Luann is a table leader.

Maybe she forgot to pay a fee. At a University of Chicago graduation ceremony once, after going through the line, taking the diploma folder, and returning to his seat, one person opened the folder to find only a notice which read, “Your library fines are unpaid.”!

uhoh. looks like Luann is going to be one of the instructor ;) (or counselor) that means no fraternizing with the students!

People are wondering if Lu can afford camp, or if the cost was too much… but yesterday, in her chat with Luann, Nancy mentioned the aspect of Quill’s having to pay for camp in the states, so it would seem unusual to say that, and then not expect to have to prepare for the same costs (or maybe similar) for Lu, if they thought there would be a chance to disappoint her (that is IF the camp does have an associated fee)…--There’s also still the possibility of it being free, just Quill having to pay for his plane ticket, etc…

There seems to be some sort of connection between the week of Feb. 18-23 of this year (specifically 2/18’s strip where Tiffany spoke of her plan to get Quill where no one else would find him but her) and the ones from June 18-23 (where Quill wasn’t exactly shooing Tiffany away, while the three of them were sunning and swimming), along with this week….-It would seem that there would be a lot of misperception by Lu and Tiff, similar to their different takes on the whole situation as shown yesterday and today, and possibly some misdirection or miscommunication by Quill… it seems to be a prelude to something coming to make us all go “Whoo-boy!” whatever may come tomorrow or the coming week…..

She got the date of the camp right, but accidentally signed up for the one in Australia…--Could also be a viable outcome… Leading up to the “make it or break it” of the relationship….

what kind of a kick in the ass does Luann need before she realizes that if she want’s a relationship with Quill (or any man) maybe she should “put out” some real effort? p.s. here’s a news flash for Luann: Tiffany ain’t the only other woman in the world who’s on the make.

My first guess is that the cost was a lot more than she expected. My second guess is that it turns out she and Tiffany will be at the girls’ camp and the boys’ camp is separate.

Perhaps someone besides Tiffany, Luann, and Quill is going…like Aaron Hill (sp?) Or Elwood?

They’ve made it clear that this is a desirable place for aspiring performers to go. They have to have a standard.

Poor Luann. Life is full of trouble.
