Yes, that unfortunately did happen! But many of us were alert to it, and were also able to call that one out, and did go back and ‘repaired the damages’, and returned the wiki page to a more accurate state, even making improvements, adding the proper sources and links, and quoting the proper strips, and to remove text based on opinion/speculation/interpretation, to provide only general facts/dates (per each respective strip where the fact is mentioned) and to verify the information, all as a way to provide accuracy and to provide an extra ‘fail-safe’.-Yes, go, team!

You are quite right in the fact that anyone can post/modify whatever is on Wikipedia. Last year, we had that exact thing happen on the Luann page. Several posters here cited what was on Wiki, and an overzealous contrarian that was here on the board “corrected” the Wiki Page to agree with his Implausible point of view, then posted it here, claiming that he was right. The Luann Wiki page changed back and forth a number of times that day, LOL.^^hahaahahaahhaaha

I had always thought that TJ and Toni would switch. So TJ would end up in this apartment. Not sure how well that will work with him.

That said, didn’t they convert a part of the K2 warehouse into living accommodations so he could live there and watch over the place when closed?

I will not have time to read comments till later, at which point i will find out if the people who regularly complain that a strip is not based around a joke will be complaining about something else when it is. ;-)Meanwhile, though, i love the use of form to emphasize the curve of Brad’s sore back, especially the lamp’s curve and the pretzel message of the table base.

Now, notice this strip from March of 2016, just about 4 months ago, and notice that Luann is STILL 18 because 12 plus 6 equals 18, and notice that soon after she refers to having finished a year of the classes we know she started at the beginning of college.

So, she is 18 on Sept 2014 AND 18 on March 2016. This is not real world time; it is Luanniverse time. In real time that year while she is 18 is approaching two years for us.

Don’t the parents own the house and rent it to Brad and TJ? Roommates move out all the time in the real world when someone gets married. TJ is bound to see this coming, especially since the landlords are Brad’s parents.

Maybe he and Les can move in together j/k I like TJ. The flaws in his character are accidental, not malicious.

Eventually Toni is going to want a home that they started together. There is time enough for that arc when they start their family. IMHO

BTW, The reason i mentioned posting if live links do not work, is ONLY so that people can get a feeling for how often it makes sense to also include URLs. The source of the problem and fixing it are going to be on the shoulders of the reader and GC. In my own case that happens intermittently, usually because i have installed a systems upgrade which GC has not yet shifted its code around, but now and then the opposite happens and they adjusted for upgrades but LoL (Life outside Luann) had been demanding enough that i had not yet done upgrades.Anyway, those things eventually smooth out and work again, but if the rate of occurrence is high then adding URLs along w live links just makes sense to avoid comments that links were not given when they were.

BTW, for fire academy timing vs college i looked it up. He simply was in the work-a-day world earlier than some others.

More Luanniverse. Luann may only be 18-19, but Brad would have to be older than 22-23 to have done what he has done. He fumbled around post HS, had to have some college to have been accepted into Fireman Academy, completed that, chased and caught Toni and worked a couple of years at the station. Didn’t he even quit being a fireman for a little while? All that mixed with the Shannon episodes. Wouldn’t he be at least 26?

For them to be moving toward marriage, that age makes more sense, too.

A couple of thoughts – it would make sense for B&T to move into Brad’s house. Someone thought it might not have enough room for Shannon – but surely it has two bedrooms, since Brad and TJ weren’t sharing a room? Brad and TJ have already had a conversation in which Brad alluded to TJ moving out after the marriage. And second, I don’t recall anything about TJ having living quarters in the Fuse, either. And finally – sometimes a glass of wine is just a glass of wine… I doubt B&T would need alcohol to “grease the skids” at this (fairly early) point in their relationship.

People tend to forget that we often see events of A FEW MINUTES or hours, depicted over a week’s time. Other times we get a month or 2 events compressed in a short time.

It still amazes me is that most of the people here don’t seem to realize that these are are not real people they are commenting ^^^^^^^^^I am CERTAIN everyone here is not in the twilight zone thinking that LUANN is real people. But discussing the characters, and the plot lines and backstories is fun. Why is that a problem with you?
