i’m afraid i’m one of those rare individuals that think the beatles are a tad overrated. i think they’re good, but not to the levels that most have elevated them to. and those “fans” who were born after their time are just trendy fans. if you want creatively innovative bands of that era, i’d go with pink floyd, cream, and led zeppelin, to name a few.
