I remember reading a story about how Joe Biden had his driver “outrun” the car behind him with the military officer who had the nuclear football which posed a national security risk. I suspect if we had a “secret service agent view” of all of the Presidents and Vice Presidents throughout my lifetime (I’ll be 64 this summer), we’d find out all kinds of unsavory things about them. No one is pure. Trump just has no filter so we get whatever he’s thinking at the time “raw”.

This is just so funny on so many levels that I can’t begin to comment.

I don’t want to hear another hypocritical word about worrying about the studetns lives or people in general. - A man was knifed to death in Durham 5x as many people are killed by knives as guns! Where is the outrage and the marches? Oh yeah, there is no political agenda. - I am beginning to understand this isn’t about protecting children or people, it is all about political agenda and media ratings. They don’t give a hoot about the students or they would spend the money to make them safe. Already news reports of various ideas turned down because they are too expensive. Money and politics rule the day! And people say they care.

I’m not a Trump fan but I am never voting for Oprah.

My only concern is Oprah herself. Yes, we need a Democrat. Yes, we need a woman. My objection to Oprah is two words: Weight Watchers! For all the good she has done in the past, somehow, she seems most interested in weight loss than anything else – her own as well as women’s weight loss in general.

Re-reading the comments, several of you have cited an instance in which Oprah humiliated an atheist! While I have yet to do the research to confirm or deny this, I do find it a bit incredible given the way she has lived her life as a largely irreligious person.
