Certain religious groups have a wellness fairy they call God. Haven’t heard about the Christian sect which will not be named who refuse inoculations or taking their kids for professional health care.
here in japan we have mandatory health insurance – you pay modest premiums in, plus a co-pay that’s also not onerous when you receive care, and are entitled to all the mediocre care that the system can provide. which, i hasten to add, is a much better option than no insurance and no care…
I’ve looked at health insurance plans for medication, glasses, etc. The deductible is almost as much as I pay per year for my prescriptions and they want close to $3000 a year for that plan. I will stick to paying the $6000 or so a year my prescriptions cost out of pocket since that is only about a fifth of my before tax income.
I pay my taxes, I get my health care. You might think it’s socialist and you’d be wrong. It’s just common sense. It has save countless lives and bank accounts since inception.
You don’t have to have your ashes picked up by family. The cremation service I have prepaid gives the choice of disposing of them. I didn’t ask how, but flushing down the toilet works just fine for me. I have had to pick up ashes several times. It isn’t fun, and then you have a box, unless you pay big bucks for an urn. And, what is the point of dumping the ashes in my favorite spot. If I still exist at all, those ashes are not me.

You know, Pig, it might work better if you toss a few coins down to the Wellness Fairy while making your wish!

Again, is Goat saying Pig and Rat are more than just roommates? Frankly, I wouldn’t have a problem that.

Pig, and I guess Rat, too, is actually better prepared than a lot of people. The best approach, however, is don’t get sick!

Not to worry.
The beautiful, incredible, Trump health plan is all ready to go and will be announced in about…. uh, two weeks!
And it’ll be perfect!
.
And Mexico will pay for it.
