    It smarts when you bump the nerve exposed in the elbow. Knucklehead refers to rapping your knuckles on someoneā€™s head to get them to start thinking. If you rap your elbow on someoneā€™s head youā€™ll likely knock them out and trigger your ā€œfunny boneā€ nerve. Seems dumber to cause two people pain, especially when you are one, but then why do we still have marriage?
