On November 11th I knew that some version of this strip was inevitable. I would have been really disappointed to have been wrong. Thank you.

There need to be indictments and soon.

For openers, any secret pardons need to be flushed out.

I wrote maybe two years back that I was reminiscing about the good old days and was so hoping to see this comicā€” the picture of the sun coming up and the wall fallingā€”finally, finally, finally itā€™s true and accurate again. THANK YOU! You remember how they said, ā€œthe system workedā€ in Watergate. What happened with Nixon was what was supposed to happen under the Constitution. We almost werenā€™t so lucky this time. Maybe God really does see some potential for this country after all. All my best. Leland

I remember this one well, back in 1974. I thought it was welcome then, but seeing it today I realize that it is far more welcome than it was the first time! I was wondering if GT was going to have it rerun (actually I was expecting it, or a modern variation thereof).

The ā€˜wallā€™ around the White House might be vanishing, and the ā€˜beautiful wallā€™ along the southern border might be on permanent hiatus, but a new wall needs to be built around the Capital Building (or at least, part of it), to protect the members of Congress who arenā€™t part of the attempted overthrow from those who will be incited to try againā€¦

Even if Trudeau never depicts Trump again, maybe before too very long heā€™ll offer a list of ALL of the crimes that Trump can be reasonably charged for, not just incitement but sexual assault, corporate fraud, and, well, I have yet to find what appears to be a complete list.

Also before too very long heā€™ll probably introduce us to a few fictional Capitol rioters as vehicles for his commentary on their trials, imprisonments, mindsets, and so on.

Something else Iā€™d like to see him give us is an objective, sober description/chart of the Qanon satanic pedophile trafficker wackiness (which they stole from the Reagan years, anyway) ā€” I doubt that Iā€™ll find anything objective or sober on the Qanon sites themselves - and I canā€™t imagine anyone else whoā€™d take the trouble to map it out. Surely The Red Rascal is prepared to fight those dastardlies in Trumpā€™s place but heā€™d need to be briefed on it. :)
