THAT should be a big time warning to Tiger Lily. I sense trouble any moment.

Awww… looks like those peace & love hippie kids were playing Spin The Bottle during their pizza party. Now ain’t that good clean fun!

Like it wouldn’t be noticed missing in the first place….especially if he just takes the blue one.Why did he sell it to begin with?

One minor problem. With the strip in black and white mode, how does he tell which balloon is blue?

Next panel: Tiger Lilly trips over a wine bottle. (Cheesecake) “Is someone in the kitchen?” (Tiger Lilly) “Uh… meow!” (Cheesecake) “Oh you silly cat… go to sleep!”

If Aquarius hasn’t investigated the blue balloon by now, he’s dumber than a bag of hammers.

1-FRENCHY: The old clean dishes booby-trap. No problem. HA! BOOBY-trap!

2-…the old pizza and empty bottles on the floor trap. They might of tripped up Tom Cruise as Ethan Hunt but not this experienced cat burglar. MEOW!

3-…this is so easy I’m going to close my eyes just for a challenge. And in case Powder Nose sneaks up in front of me, I’ll stick my hands out at chest height for the old “OOPS. IS SOMEBODY THERE? _squeeze!

Is it just me or in panel three does Tiger Lilly look like a less attractive (and yeah – that’s saying something) Hank O’Hair from Brenda Starr?

Boy this Tiger/Pouch/Aquarius/Cheesecake strip is exciting. I wonder if Go Comics will ever reissue the Dick Tracy Strip.?

I’m betting he’s going to meet Auntie Bellum. And I have suspicions that she may be similar to Norman Bates’s Mom…

What we see as b/w is still normal color for them.

Doesn’t Pouch know the message attached to the balloon? If so, couldn’t he have just written it down again & save Tiger Lilly & the rest of us all this time & trouble? Just asking.

Tiger Lilly easily makes his way into The 1312 through an unlocked kitchen window and manages to cross the debris-strewn floor without making noise that would be enough to awaken the drugged. Now (panel 3), he is about to make his way into the next, dark, room, where he thinks he earlier spotted the Famous Blue Balloon [bonus for anyone who noted a reference to a Canadian cultural icon there]. Will he indeed make the grab? Or will he instead/additionally find something totally unexpected? No one expects the Auntie Bellum!
