I have three levels of “clean the bathroom”. The one involving strong chemicals and a toilet brush is reserved for once… MAYbe twice a year. The “Honey do, for visitors” is to remove visible spots, double check for sufficient TP and either refold or replace the hand towels. And close the shower door…

What did Opal expect (from Earl)?

We used to have a maintenance person at work who was supposed to clean the bathrooms in the break room as one of his duties. All he would do is go in the bathroom, flush the toilet and he was done “cleaning”.

Flushed with success….

Reminds me I should get a cleaning lady!

Earl put a denture cleaning tablet in the toilet bowl. They don’t do bad on porcelain ;-)

You’d think, after all these years, that Opal would know if she has high expectations for desired results from Earl; she’s in for disappointment.

I hope Earl put the lid down too and not just the seat. The lid is the great equalizer, so that everyone has to make a similar effort to use the throne.

This comic today is a crime , at best . So many opportunities for the precious Roscoe to make it something special was wasted . It is almost as bad as the present administration , almost that is . Sorry Brian , but it had to be said .

I hate a dirty house and cleaning and laundry so much I’ve been married four times…..but I don’t do the laundry or clean so I call it a win.

Kind’a overdid it. The lid down AND closing the door! Sheesh!

Not enjoying these strips where Earl is portrayed as a clueless teenager. He’s old enough that if he’s leaving the bathroom a mess after agreeing to clean it is a conscious act of passive aggression.

If you want to see the proper way to clean a bathroom, watch “No Time for Sergeants”.

As if he would ever leave the seat up. It’s likely at his age that he never puts the seat up.

Just hanging a “Mens” sign on the door would have solved the problem.

Oddly, I like cleaning the bathrooms. Of course, we don’t let them get so bad that we’re afraid to go in there…

To Earl that is work.Today hubby and I celebrated 40 year anniversary, my sister/husband also helped with our celebration, went to civic center for Women fair hubby does not like but tolerated the last day, only husband does not walk very well, short story, sister/husband are vendors so the space next to them empty so hubby stayed there, last day of fair and low on customers. Saturday I went by myself and had to park away civic center was packed.
