There is a place for puppies like that, once they get a little older. Canada.I live in the San Antonio area where unwanted dogs by the hundreds or even thousands per year get rescued and sent to Eastern Canada by various rescue agencies. Adoption fees for the mixed breed puppies and older dogs cover the cost of getting them neutered or spayed, vaccinated against Rabies, Bordetella, Parvo, etc, also they get heartworm medicine and all the standard treatment that designer dogs would get including microchips, and then they are transported to Canada by volunteers. I have fostered a few dogs for one of the rescue agencies, Hope For Love Rescue (H.F.L.R.) It’s a very reputable group (most of them are quite reputable) run by folks that love dogs and love saving the dogs on the Euthanasia list in the San Antonio city shelter. Save a dog. Save your soul.
