Worry Wonk has been living in my house for several years: I stay up at night and sleep for an hour or two in the afternoon. And this also happened to me when I was working and had to work the shift from 6AM to 2PM.
Pretty soon you won’t ever again go closer than 6 feet of another person and you won’t ever again go anywhere without wearing a mask. And then you won’t ever again leave your house.
You won’t really have freedom and you may still live in worry and fear – but (at least) you’ll “be alive” – that’s all that matters – right?
The wheels keep turning and churning …..one other reason there are sleepless nights is the cell, iPads, computers etc. Tuen them off @8:00 pm and you’ll sleep better!
“So, first of all, let me assert my firm belief that the only thing we have to fear is … fear itself — nameless, unreasoning, unjustified terror which paralyzes needed efforts to convert retreat into advance. In every dark hour of our national life a leadership of frankness and of vigor has met with that understanding and support of the people themselves which is essential to victory.”

I could never think of nothing, so I think of fun things that require decisions – like what ten cars would I choose to own if money was no object.

If things are going to go wrong, they’re going to go wrong. Better to get some sleep and not think about them for a few hours.

Surprised no one has yet referenced him but what about the Potty-Monkey? I can deal with the worry wonk much easier than the monkey!

There is a big difference between “freedom” and “license.” Many Americans don’t seem to know the difference.

Wow. Didn’t take long for the usual fascist crybabies to turn this into a celebration of their imagined victimhood. Y’all need to get a grip.
