Exactly what my dog does when the chair or couch is empty!

Dear sweet couch, we are alone at last!

My dog loves whoever is in the kitchen getting snacks.

Now this is a great day for sure . All frames are great , but the last one with Roscoe on the couch with his " happy tail " and then little heart is just precious . Thanks to Brian for a great comic today .

That’s our dog Dixie!

Whoever feeds him gets the love.

Husband insisted on having a dog and then insisted that the dog be let in the house!.. Since he worked longer hours somehow I ended up being the one who fed and walked the dog. Then husband was sad because “his” dog followed me around, said good-night to me (OK,rested his nose on my arm for a minute) and slept on the floor next to my side of the bed. Dog was with us for a dozen years, and yes I became quite attached.

Roscoe loves the couch! His true love!

People with a dog or. cat that loves them only because they feed it are doing it wrong. It’s possible to be a bad pet owner for reasons beyond kicking it. If all you ever do with the dog/cat is feed it, you don’t have a friend, you have a roommate.

Sorry to get up on my soapbox. But jokes about pets that care nothing about their owners are, to me, in the same category with jokes about loveless marriages. They happen but they’re sad.

He couldn’t believe it, he had the whole couch to himself!

One smart dog. If he got up, he would have hurt someone’s feelings. So he just made himself happy.

Just like my 12yo Long Hair Chihuahua, Roscoe loves lying on the softest place he can find

Roscoe is smart. He knows after fat Earl and fat Opal have sat on the couch, that couch is now very warm!

All you have to do is head for the kitchen to find something he loves more.

Our frontal lobes and Roscoe’s are a tad different. Plus, he couldn’t determine which spot was warmest, so he split the difference.

That’d be my dog. No good, empty couch will be neglected!
