Arlo should’ve said Monster or Starbucks. I noticed a lot of Gen Z like those choices. Red Bull is what Millennials used to drink back when we were in college.
I remember when my wife and I moved into the neighborhood. We were the new young couple in the old house with the two cats and funny dog. Now we are the older couple next door.
Does Arlo not realize he has a grown son who is married, a wife who has been aging and discusses that with her, and that he himself is considered older? Is this a guy thing? He even notices that the cat is getting older. I think it’s a little wise to be a bit more self aware. I don’t think he is in his 50s, I think he is more like early 60’s or even mid 60’s. They are both retired.

Looks like Stevie is more into microbrewery IPA’s these days. And for some people in the strip, maybe time marches on more linearly ; )

So Arlo is down some dignity rather than being down cash. Debt settled.

What’s so funny? In their teens my sons would have killed for a Red Bull.
