Then the teacher will test to see if Calvin really is paying attention, because they know it’s out of character for him and inevitably get busted. What a great day it will be!

I’d like to know how Calvin was able to half a ball without adult supervision. (If his father had an extra pair of glasses with frames the size of the ball, Calvin would pop the lenses out and the ball halves in or glue the ball halves onto the lenses.)

If Calvin’s dad did that at the beach, he’d get slapped.

Reminds me of the “aliens” in The Mole People movie from the 50’s. Look at their faces, and it looks like they used 1/2 of an egg shell (extra large), except they cut a hole in the middle so they could see!!

Thats a pretty good idea, I wonder if I could get away with it on a video conference call? So far I have had to make do with sunglasses or a happy avatar.

How many times have i heard ‘’What were you doing? … What were you thinking?’’

Where I worked there were plastic safety glasses available everywhere and everybody had a second pair which they had drawn weird stuff on with magic markers. Occasionally a group would put theirs on and to into someone’s office or lab for a laugh….great fun.

Jeez, Calvin looks like an extra in the movie I WALKED WITH A ZOMBIE!!

Believe it or not this is a meditation technique which creates a blank “ganzfeld” in your field of vision. After a while you start to imagine seeing things. DON’T try this standing up. :)

Buy some stick-on googly eyes and put them on pictures of your pets and family. Riot! :-D

Looks less like an attentive student and more like Marty Feldman or Rodney Dangerfield to me!

Now Calvin looks like Bart Simpson, which is not a good look to emulate. But it does pose a question….. which kid would have the upper hand to get away with what they do?
