Sam and Jerry got a thing going on while Lizz is free to get back to âworkâ. If Delia ever lorded it over âPattyâ that she is so much better looking she is liable to have some quite unpleasant types steered her way.
Frankly, I think it would have been better for the story if those goons had succeeded in capturing Lizz. It would have added some dramatic tension. Instead, with King jumping in to save and Lizz going back to her undercover work like nothing happened, it makes the last couple strips pretty much irrelevant.
Lizz saying âreflexâ in P2 gave me a flashback to the â80s: Patrick Nagel art and when Duran Duran teamed up with Nile Rodgers for this quirky #1 hitâŚ
Well, it could be that her cover has been blown now, but the police have several things they needed. She was able to lead them to the office where the Queen of Spades works and it seems like she got fingerprints that they can probably cross-reference to the ones they took from the pony-tailed suspect at the raid to confirm it was her.
Lizz also revealed to thee force where the headquarters of the escort service was located and the police have now brought in two more field operatives after they tried to attack her. I imagine it will be hard to them to escape conviction for assault or attempted assault of a police officer.
I think Mr. King may have lost his cup of coffee in the fracas, so itâs good of Sam to offer him a new one.
Please donât show Liz trying to continue in her undercover role. Even if the perps arenât out on bail within the next couple hours they will find a way to alert a higher up as to the fact âPattyâ is a police plant.
1-FOO KING: So, I sees this chick gettingâ her weave snatched and I says to myself Whatâs this town coming to? and I cut in and dance with one of the roofians. I did the Box Step on his head â first I boxed it and then I stepped on it.
2-DOLL: Turns out, it was all just a big understanding â they only wanted a 3 way with me. HA! Maybe their cellmate will accommodate them in that regard!
3-SAM: Meanwhile, Iâm running you in for having those guns without an Open Carry license. HA! JUST JOKING! But seriously, why did you cut the sleeves off your suit jacket? It looks kind of ridiculous⌠FOO: Da tailor needed the material to add extra crotch room because of my huge⌠SAM: THE NEXT WORD OUTTA YOUR MOUTH BETTER BE HERNIA!!!
Whatâs sad is in the real world those two would be out on bail before the night was thru and Lizzâs work would be for naught, and might even get her killed. Yah got to protect the criminals rights!
Sam sure does love his cups of coffee. Has one with Patty-Lizz; now another with Jerry King, the street brawler (Lawler).
As long as the two Apparatchiks can be held incommunicado, Lizz can continue her undercover work safely. But probably not for very long, unless the MCU wizards can find some pretext to ship the two goons to Guantanamo, or something like that.

Itâs amazing everyone from the MCU hasnât been killed considering how sloppy they are.

Mr. King happened to be in the right place at the right time. I wonder if the city officials will award him with a certificate.

The rassler is back, looking a little undersized compared to his original Staton appearance.
Still, plenty of people out there who deserve to be âpile-driveredâ.
And thatâs a really weird looking earring, not hair.
