Unless you’re diabetic. Even sugar-free ice cream has WAY too many carbs! If you make your own it doesn’t taste like ice cream.

I would argue the answer is CHOCOLATE.

True: Do my best.. my spoken aspiration. True: I’ve eaten a half gal. of IC in one setting every night for over 30 years. The last decade I’ve eased up.. about a quart/night. I’m 5’8”, 140 lbs, 21% body fat, gym fit.

One could say that is my life. Eh, same joy, anger and fear like everyone.

Tips: Only buy vanilla, add your own mix-ins. IC is sold by volume but in reality you are paying by weight. Weigh the products and be blown away! Best is, imo, Kirkland Super Premium Vanilla.

And don’t forget ICE Cold BEER!

Peppermint ice cream is only sold at Christmas, so I bought some and I am waiting until summer to eat it.
