I have a new puppy. He is 10 weeks old. He pushes back against QTπ constant drive to play, so he’s going to be tough enough. :D

I had been thinking about a playmate for her, but I’m usually a shelter kind of guy. Although this guy _is_my second re-home.

Kiki disappeared into the bookcase the moment she noticed him.

He’s an akc Labrador. Of the black variety.

Technically I believe the couch should belong to Elvis as he was first one adopted, but he has magnanimously been sharing ever since. There are 4 corners so should be easy to divide up so each has a corner to rub.

And that’s the bottom line . . .

Because Elvis’s whiskers say so!

Beatrixia: You mean someone just came by and built a new row of shelves in the Royal Library?

Elvis-Anum: That’s right. I came in this morning and there it was.

Burt-Ra: I know you had asked me to build new shelves. I was going to do that right after I completed renovating the Queen’s office.

Elvis-Anum: Well, suppose I can start shelving scrolls now. It’s not good having them just lying around anywhere.

Beatrixia: I’ll just climb up to the top shelf and you can hand them up to me.

Elvis-Anum: Here you go. Hey, anyone notice this decoration on the bottom shelf?

Burt-Ra: Looks like a cat holding a carpenter’s mallet.

There’s Lupin, and Goldie,

While Elvis stares coldly,

All put out with that sweetest li’l Pucky.

And Goldie quietly claims it as hers.

Elvis is greedy.

My cats just add layers of scent to spots. They treat them as message boards telling their health and even their mood.

Puck is such a gentlecat.

Classic move. While everyone is arguing, swoop in and take it for yourself. It seems to work quite often.

Dear sweet Pucky, he embodies the best of all the cats.

I don’t remember Vlad rubbing against anything other than me. And oopsie is the same way. Sebastian on the other hand, he rubs so much that he’s left behind coatings of his scent.

I don’t really get it. We’ve had a lot of cats, and this has never been a source of friction, not even for Waffle, the World’s Grouchiest Cat.

This reminds me of when they were given three identical toys. Instead of each taking one, all three decided on the same one.

OT : ME AGAIN

I received word from my cardiologist and the word is GOOD. My aortavalve is completely accepted and my heart hasn’t lost strenght. In fact, things looked so good, I’m not expected back until next year.

Puck has you beaten and Goldie sees clearly Puck’s arguement. Besides, the Boy and the Girl still own the couch but share it with everyone.

I just need Elvis to say “halt foul fiend” and all will be well.
